Albion: Albion demonstrates all the good qualities of shade-grown coffee: sweet, rounded flavour with just a hint of bitterness at the finish. A good all-day cup, delivering notes of cardamom, almond and a shot of dark chocolate.
Tokenhouse: Roasted a little darker, Tokenhouse takes the notes in Albion and adds more dark chocolate and some roasted hazelnut. It delivers all the cardamom and pepper but with a deeper body and longer finish.
Boundary: Boundary is a classic, lots of caramel and dark chocolate. We added some robusta from the estate to give it the final punch and give it a long, delicious finish.
